Foods & Feeding: Meaty foods.

Reef safe and a great reef tank resident. May eat smaller ornamental crustaceans.

Captive care: Difficult to approach and capture in the wild, this handsome species is not commonly available; thus commands a high price. Should be housed with non aggressive species. More than one can be kept in the same aquarium, if the tank is large enough, but the dominant fish may intimidate and behave aggressively toward the subordinate.
