Always make sure your clams that you buy are in higher lighting conditions than your tank , so if you bring the clam home , make sure it gets less light than in the shop , and if your lights are much brighter , then try and shade the clam and get it used to your light over a period of time E.G but putting shade cloth over your tank above the clam only. or try paper and remove a peice each week , nothing worse than getting a new clam and having it die to light shock cheers Tommo

Hi stash a PLC is a programmable logic controller. To be honest stash there is no step by step instruction, i made it while having a few beers ,but if you had a PLC and some relays,push buttons ,some form of temp controller , you can design the panel to do anything that you want , because it is all in the programming of the PLC. Cheers Andrew
