Which design is better? any comment? thanks

My tank is about 15" cube. now my problem is which design i should go. chilled water goes though titanium tube or tank water goes though titanium tube.

Electricity cost is not a issue to me as the tank will be place in the work place. To cool the hot side, I will be using water cooling with a heatexchanger which can mount 2 nos of 120mm fan on it. shld be able to cool down to ard 35 degee. Sent from my GT-P3100 using Tapatalk 2
