been a while since i post started a new tank for bout 8 months now though ill make a new thread on it. gonna upload some pics later on. not the best lookin tank atm since im fightin diatom problem atm, not exactly sure the cause of it yet. nitrate is <10 . maybe its the lightin period being too long. any suggestions?

if ur shrimp is still there then its molting. usually happens when u transfer the shrimp it will molt. nothng to worry about.

those u saw is probably hang on overflow. the plastic is acrylic, and its not expensive u can buy them from hardwareshops and make ur own, u just heat the part u want to bent. i agree with rx_gan though its better just to ask a pro to drill a hole and they wont charge u much for it.

sounds a bit strange if it has internal overflow did the sump not come with it?? anyway it should come with piping to go to the sump or you build one urself, the water flow into the overflow down the pipe to the sump and get pump back to the main tank.
