Hi All, This maybe a dumb question but I am just curious! Can dead rocks be given a new life? I wonder whether there is a way to make them re-live again. I have put some of them in my main tank as support for some months, but till now, there is no indication that are alive again. All suggestions are welcome.

Hi, A simpler method to clean the glass tank is to use an expired credit card (gold credit card will clean better he he) or of similar type. Switch off all water circulation, dip your hand with the plastic card and just clean the glass wall of ur tank.. oooops, make sure ur hand is clean and free of oil. Hi, U need to change the fl after 6 months of use. The pink light shud not be used. check ur water circulation. Test kits sometimes may give u wrong reading. Try using phosphate remover like seachem or jbl phosEX. The above is just my opinion. Bye

Hi.. I bought the "friendly" one from JB and now got stuck without the product key id cos it was a . My system now always "kena" blaster ~, so fade up. The worm fix tool seemed cudnt get rid of the virus in my pc. To be frank, b4 I start my internet connection, must 1st run the fixit tool prog from symantec and while surfing, the worm keep coming.. got really fade up! Hello All, I intend to use a 150W MH (just above the top of the tank) coupled with a marine white and an actinic fl to my 3' x 18" x 18" tank. Daily photo period will be 10 hrs for the MH and 12 hrs for the fl. Do you think a chiller is a must for this lighting setup?

Reefer Guy, All reasonably thick wood can withstand salt n heat. Dont used plywood as the ply with warp in a matter of time. Solid wood shouldnt have any problem. If for making the hood only, ordinary wood plank will do. I am making an assumption that the wood u used is not in constant contact with any form of water even from the beating of the water bubbles of ur aquarium. CHEERS!
