How to keep "true Octo" successfully?

Don have luck.all parameter are ok.anyone can help?
-Main Display Tank : 1.5ft cube c/w cabinet and top hood c/w with 1000 eheim return pump (Set up by aquarium artist)
-Lightings : 4 sets of 1.5ft mini aqua lumen LED lights (7 high power led 15W)

-Chiller : Hailea -HC-100A c/w ehiem 1000 pump with a standby of HC-130A
-Skimmer : Bubble Magnus 3 (cone)
-Phosphate Reactor

-NP Bio-pellet D&D onceanic hang-on reactor
-Wavemaker : MP10
-Temperature mointor : American Wireless pinpoint thermometer

moderate lighting, moderate random flow, healthy piece to begin with
imo they will start growing once they "stick" themselve onto the main rock

please give them space, healthy true octo open 2-4 times their coral skeleton
furthermore, their sting are deadly, killed my golden cloves and red monti

I also got no luck with this peice of coral.
Display Tank : 36" x 18" x 16" from Coral Reef Aquarium.
Sump : 28" x 17" x 16" custom made from Aquarium Artist.
Lightings : Lumenaqua Max300 Black LED x2 plus PAR38 LED 14K
(3 white & 2 royal blue - 60° len) x2.
Refugium Lightings: Beamswork Power LED 200 x1 plus UP-Aqua Pro-LED Light Set F25 x1.
Chiller : Resun CL-280 with Jebao WP2000 (Feeder Pump).
Skimmer : Bubble Magnus BM-NAC3+.
FR : TLF Phosban Reactor 150 with Hailea Water Pump Hx6520.
Dosing : Kamoer Dosing Pump 3 Channels.
Main Return Pump : Eheim 1260 x1.
Wavemaker : Nil.

Stable water parameters are key to a true octopus coral as they are more sensitive than the more common but less luminous cousins. I also find low phosphate levels makes the green colour "pop" more and any brownish colouration diminishes significantly.
