Hi bro and sis,

Been reefing since 2004 with 2x2x2.5. Stop for quite sometimes due to other commitments. However, once a reefer, always a reefer. I have never forget about reefing. During days without tank, I have been reading forum on and off.

Finally I am back! Some pics to share. Stay tune :blush:

Display Tank : 36" x 20" x 20" Herbie overflow box design, Sump : 36" x 21" x 17", Frag Tank : 16” x 20” x 16”, custom built by Tank Culture.

Lightings : Ecotech  Radion XR15 Pro x 2 for Main Display Tank, Inled R80 x 1 for Frag Tank.

Chiller : Dalkin 1hp compressor with build-in drop coil.

Skimmer : Skimz Octa SC205i Protein Skimmer.

Just curious why there is valve inside the overflow?

How are you going to adjust it when the tank is in operation especially with the black acrylic sheet covered at the back of the overflow area?

btw, I like your tank cabinet and the chiller box up... :thumbsup: !

That is a design flaw and misculculation from the tank maker <_<

However I have redo the piping myself and now the valve is in the cabi above the sump.

Is your tank and cabinet made by the same tank maker? I like your white cabinet.. :thumbsup: !

Is it difficult to turn the valve since the space above the sump also look small & tight?
