Updates continue....

RODI:
Used to buy NSW or Salt mix water from LFS when i started this hobby, but realized it wont provide stable parameter at all, so invested a RODI set with the pump years back, till now, my rodi still can be managed at TDS 0.
The only things to maintain it is to change DI resin and carbon every 6 months.
The RO membrane i got is 400 GPD, a lot larger membrane means more water passing at the same time, while with pump, it would be even faster.
So i collect my TDS 0 water is around 20 mins for a 25L jerry can.

I do suggest bro to spend a bit extra for the RO and additional pump to save your time to enjoy the tank, but not water change.

Salt Mix:
Just want to share my brilliant practice for salt mix. :)
every time got a new pail of salts, I always use a digital scale to weight it and pack them into individual pack. so each time do salt mix, just pick up a small pack and mix. It will also not have the issue that a certain element settle down at bottom that cause parameter shifting.
my 23L water in jerry can will need 860-880g DD salt, while Skimz salt around 800g only.
to be the SG level 1.025.

hope this would help to a hassle free water change. :)
