Taught by Dr Ang. You know how he is, he can make laughter with a straight face. I'm not sure if he was pulling my legs, but it makes logical sense.

1) Get a cheap brown out piece to murder.

2) Put in pail with tank water, drip hot RO water until it stresses and turns white, throw coral away.

3) When pail cools, pour water into tank.

4) I assume you should turn off skimmer for a few hours.

I've never tried this. I assume zooxanthellae comes in different colours (I might have read stuff wrong), you might end up with oddly coloured SPS.
