Miniature tank may still be suitable for freshwater fish e.g. betta

but it will not be suitable for marine fish as the salinity fluctuation will be high.

There are several good freshwater LFS like Nanyang Sea View at Seletar farmway and Clementi blk 328

How tiny exactly is your micro tank?

I actually have heavily planted aquarium tanks without the needed space for schooling. Therefore, my only option are tiny micro fishes, no more than .5 inches big.

I don't know if your tank is fresh or marine ... Planted sounds fresh lah so ...

I would say all tetras , dwarf honey gourami, betta , pea puffers(?) , mountain cloud minnows

If marine, not my specialty le haha ... :dunno:
