Yesterday when I went back, the other 2 heads also started receding.  Did a 20% water change and shifted the hammer to a lower light lower flow location.

Checked this morning, situation does not seem good.........anything else I can do ?

All my other corals including 2 other hammers are doing fine...

Try doing an iodine dip, sounds like a potential infection due to contact

I have Coralrx.  Will this do ? or must I dip in iodine ( where do I get it?)

I'm not familiar with coral rx so I'm not sure. Should be ok, better than nothing. There's reef iodine available commercially also.
