Daniel_k
Rotifers contains the vitamins necessary for fry's nutrition which is crucial in e first few days after batch. While newly hatched baby brine shrimp contains e proteins that helps the growth rate. Usually after 5 days can feed bbs with a mix of rotifer. After 11 days should be okie with bbs or even fry pellets. Thanks for answering ! Great post extremely interesting read ! alexcyf
25 day old fry. only caught 3 in his batch but he's the sole survivor. Better luck next few batches! Although he has a pair of picasso parents, he seems to look more platinum than picassos. Lets hope the orange and black comes out more.. alexcyf
Video of my grow out tank setup. Basically I only have 2 rooms for my fries. One for freshly hatched. One for 2 weeks and older. The grow out tank has a simple hangout filter, par38, mainly blues to prevent too much algae, some porcelain pots for housing, air stone and a fan to cool the water to 27/28 degrees. It houses 4 of my surviving fries.. Hope they last! Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app 1 Quote Follow Alex's Reefing Journey @

alexcyf
Law88 ideally after metamorphosis. That's when it's more stable. alexcyf
he, usually each pair of clowns have a fixed hatching period. They may adjust their laying eggs schedule abit but each pair should have their unique hatch period. Probably determined by temp, ph and other water parameters. Mine is always on the 10th night after day zero. Another way to determine is e night after the day u find e silver eggs Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app Quote Follow Alex's Reefing Journey @

SRC Supporter SubzeroLT Posted July 27, 2016 SRC Supporter Share Posted July 27, 2016 Alex, how do you manage your rotifer water in the pail? Do you change it regularly? Do you wipe down the sides to get rid of the slime? Quote Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/mysliceofnature/
