Hi,

I am in the midst of setting up a nano and wondering if anyone had experience with 3DM Reef Rock? Or any other dry rocks from other brands?

I personally use purple rock that is sold per kg at Aquamarin. I find them good and also makes the tank look more mature.

Just sharing, I'm creating my new rockscape with dead rocks, no brand though, only ensuring that they are natural & not man-made

There are many brands of dry rock available in the market nowsaday, depending what you like and budgets.

You can use normal dry rocks but cycling will be longer.

Dry rocks are betted than natural live rocks?

Absence of pests would be one of the major benefits. You can seed the dry rock with bacteria during cycling, essentially converting it to live rock with time
