It’s been long since I updated, many tank crash due to greedy and bought many kind of anemone. But I haven’t give up so I’ve move my 3 ft corals to my 5ft and make my 3ft a copper qt tank.

Let me share some of my mix reef corals picture here first.

I’m using cupramine, recommend dose is 0.5 for 2 weeks. Some stress like dragonet and wrasse can’t bathe for too long.

14 days at full concentration (0.25 mg/L for freshwater, 0.5 mg/L for saltwater

For those ich magnet tangs I’ll let them go through 2 weeks of qt. those that already qt in fish shop (that use coppper treatment) I’ll cut down the time accordingly depend how long they been in copper tank

It’s the same qt with 0.5 copper concentration
In my experience I’ve seen worms dying in a few minute in that concentration
Not sure about parasite thou. It work for me.
It’s qt with 0 ammonia because it’s running all the time.

May I ask after copper treatment,  u then put into your main tank that doesn't have copper?

Yup, my main tank is disease free.

Ur magician zoas looks awesome
