Kalk stirrer

Recommended Posts

1. 24vdc fan $10

2. Magnet 4x $1.50

3. Wire shrink $3

4. Wooden chopsticks - free

5. PCB board plate $2.50

6. Screw

7. Light dimmer $12(cause i broght high amp) can buy lower one n cheaper

8. Power inverter 220vac to 24vdc $22 (cause of i buy higher amp) can buy lower one n cheaper

 

Step 1

Insert magnet and cut out chopstick into the wire shrink warp(remember to follow the length of the fan center portion as gilded for magnet to sit nicely)

 

Step 2

Cut out the board into size for any of ur container to sit on follow by the cut out the scew hole and ctr opening

 

Step 3

Paste the magnet w/super glue onto the fan ctr and use heater gun or fire to shrink the wire warp of the stirrer

 

Step 4

Connect up the wiring of DC power supply and the ligt dimmer controller

 

And that's it done

Hi Stevenkoh08, thanks for sharing.

Hope I understand the description well and will follow it.

Two question.

1) Did you use up all 4 magnets or only used 1 pc for stiller and 1pc to paste on fan center.

2) As for PCB board can I replace with other board, if can't, possible to share the reason why.

Remember not to use too strong of a magnet as it'll affect the stirrer, cause the floating effect will not be very good.

There an same size magnet but stronger one

I got is 10mm x 3mm

Another one is 10mm x 5 mm (too strong)
