How to identity which Zoas are poisonous

Generally they are not that deadly. As a precaution, u can always wear gloves to handle. They shouldn’t do harm to other inhabitants in the tank.

If u are worried, avoid big scary palythoas

If not wrong most or all zoas have Palytoxin. They will emit it when they feel their life is in danger.

Always wear glove and safety glass when u handle zoas.

General safety, never put ur hand into the tank if got wound.

If u afraid wear an eye protection as eyes is very fragile if it contaminated w paly toxic

am new to reefing. Want to start with Zoas but read online it could be toxic and maybe even end up deadly if handle inappropriate.
may I check does the Zoas in LFS are poisonous?
if yes, how to identify
