Sharing an anecdote of treatment:

One of my fish in qt can't keep upright, head tilt down. No appetite. So took it out, put in in a methylene bath for like 3 mins. 

After the bath, it looks much better. Appetite comes back the next day. 

Hope this will come across useful. Gotta watch that water quality in qt.
