Think ZERO Nitrate and Phosphate is not good especially you are keeping mainly LPS. Try to maintain NO3 at around 5 ppm and PO4 at around 0.03.

Lack of nutrients can cause colour lost in corals.

I used Seachem Flourish Nitrogen and Phosphorous to increase the nutrients in a controlled manner when my nutrients hit near zero, my corals coloured up after dosing.

Agree with SunkistC on zero nitrates & phosphates being a bad thing in a closed aquarium.

One quick way is to feed more meaty foods (eg mysis cubes or chopped prawns) to raise nitrate/phosphate to the suggested levels.
