not that i know of, or had success with..

i've tried glass bottles, fish trap, crab trap, scissors, needles, and even tug-of-war with it.. none worked..

eradicate it by taking the whole rock out quick, i lost quite alot of small fishes to it..

good luck.. :)

this is what i did since its located at one of the base rock and i couldnt take that base rock out without dismantling the tank.

i use a pair of tongs and put it at the entrance of its favorite spot. and wait for it to go thru inbetween the pincer.

when its thru long enough, grab it tight with speed. and very slowly, pull it out.

alot of time and patience needed for this.

but it might work for you and worth the effort.

all the best.

If a man could beat his own fantasy. Then to only breed in captivity. Then its pointless.

Genesis 1:20

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that has life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

You can try the pantyhose trick...

Put a piece of fish meat on a bunch of pantyhose, and sink it to the bottom at night... chances are... its legs may get caught in it and you can then scoop it out the next morning.

Good luck!

Can I ask where do you put the bait? You just throw anywhere inside the bottle? Btw can it come out after going in?

Oh yes,jus dump it into the bottle. One more thing dat u can also do,drill a hole into the bottle cap,jus smaller than the size of the worm.Hence u can leave it overnight.Otherwise, without the cap, then u hv to sit n wait after lights off

Good to place near the worm? Mone is hiding in the middle of the rock. Placing it on the sand bed any chance of success?

Btw you caught plenty with this method?

how long you waited for it to fell into the trap? btw wouldnt the bait likely meaty to foul the water?

Bst time to set d trap is 1hr b4 lights off,n if fesivible,no feeding 4 d whole day.Jus a tinnywinny bit would not foul ur tank.If unsuccessful for the first night, then replace with a new bait.Gd Luck

after 2days, no catch. dam*. making me so irritate that wanna tear the tank apart.
