FuEl
In captivity, raising them to settlement takes around 5 months. Worked with them for so long but never found any settlement cues. They are just a species which produce giant larvae that need to reach 2cm before they molt into a shrimp. Even wild measurements of pre-settlement L. amboinensis larvae are around 2cm. http://www.ifmn.net/en/putzergarnelen/lysmata-amboinensis-und-lysmata-debelius.html Quote Always something more important than fish. http://reefbuilders.com/2012/03/08/sps-pico-reef/
