Prove it to you? Dude, sometimes somethings are best dealt with with humility and with a clear conscience. You know your tank best. Have or not, you prove it to the buyers not to me. I am not bidding; just a whistle blower. Anyway I do not know you either and I am not so bored to the core at work to write these few posts just to hurt someone's sales. Since we are on the topic of food, I thought I would just share a quick review of this lps food I picked up on a whim a few weeks ago. It's comes in sinking granules which is a lot less messy than feeding fresh food. I've so far tried it on acans, brains, blastos, candy canes, plates, sun corals, elegance and flower anemone with very good feeding response. Maybe it's too early to tell but colours seem a bit better. Will give it a few more months to make a definite conclusion.

Those white spots u see in ur tank might not be 100% pests. Some could be copepods which are good food supply for ur fishes.
