  1. Those are hard to wean, try volitans. They are beautiful but you will need ample space for them. http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...ons%20tank&st=0
  2. How big is it bro? U keeping it for yourself heeeheeeheee?
  3. omg sorry bro. You have to use live food to entice them to feed first. Volitans are much muach easier. But space is mandatory.
  4. I have downsized too haaahaaahaaa
  5. Haaaahaaaahaaaa, nothing lah, hows your end?
  6. I'm using a canon ixus. Not the pro type bro:) Just take it from an angle to avoid reflection from the glass.
  7. Check it out. http://www.sgreefclub.com/forum/index.php?...mble+lions+tank
  8. Be careful of the frogs:) I had one that took my 9" volitans and passed on two days later due to indigestion:( So there you go, i lost both precious at one go. Stonefish is slightly more docile that the frog which is very unpredictable. Dun be fooled by its look. And by the way, thats too heavy a bioload, you dun have to feed these predators everyday, i fed mine once every three days.
  9. All weaned to frozen and very healthy. Tank already sold, will be great if someone takes the fishies:) I have a maxijet to let go too. Will post pics.
  10. Hi all, selling my zebra moray for $12 and a 4-5inch panther grouper for $12. Take all for $20. Selling my two 9" volitan pair too if one of the reefers doesn't want it, tentatively reserving for him.
  11. Hi all, decided to upgrade to a 6ft tank. Currently having a 3.5ft(L) x 2.5ft(H) x 20"( predator tank with 30kg life rocks, two above 9" volitans, a 5-6" panther and a zebra moray. All weaned to frozen. I've been using PL lights for the past two plus years. Apologise for the pics, will get them posted soon. Wanting to let go the whole system at $850. Sincere buyer can arrange for viewing. Thanks.
  12. Start to entice them to feed using fresh water mollies for a week or so. Lions are smart creatures, once they learned that food comes from above, the next time anything falls from the surface of the water will get them interested. Or you can try a piece of market prawn by wriggling its end with a transparent rod to make it look "alive" (i usually do this on the second week). They will in no time get the "big picture" of what food is all about heeeheee. Btw, it works for almost all volitans. The other lions are pretty hard to wean i must say:) Best of luck.
  13. I feed my lions chromis and clowns once in a while haaaahaaaahaaaaaa. Save the money.
  14. Here's a pic of the frog i was mentioning:)
  15. Tangs, groupers, moray eels, frogfish (it took one of my lions) n scorpions.
  16. I've been keeping two 9inch volitans for three years together with other fishes. As long as it doesn't feed into the lions mouth, they should be safe. Currently keeping them with a polkadot grouper and a zebra moray. Shrimps are no no so dun even think about it:)
  17. Thinking of selling my 4.5" polka dot grouper for $15 and a zebra moray for $20. Take both at $30. All feeding very well:) Zebra moray not interested in fishes at all. Both taking frozen market prawns and squids. Reason for selling:- i wana add a verrucosa to my main tank:) Any takers?
