aiyah that nite u should say mah. i went to andysho place and frag some of the pieces to share. i think it is a good way to reduce our expenditure and still get our hands on what we want.

yeah thats why im now on a mini beckett with a 7000+ l/h pump but i think the main reason was power trip and water fouled up... not necessarily old skimmer cannot export fast enough ok liao

i fragged one piece off to another reefer and the main piece taken up by a friend liao. u used the rite words, hot pink! really good stuffs and im still drooling over the other 2 pieces that u took.

most corals and fish can last 8 days with no feeding except some hungry ghost type like anthias, etc. concern is evaporation, which reefers have pointed out that you need tubby. but one important thing... power trips! once trip and you dun have anyone checking on a daily basis, you can kiss your stuffs goodbye. speaking from experience. dun underestimate mr murphy.

Khaw, if ur budget is below $100 for return pump, the best option is a Rio 32HF. 7000+ l/h for $100 only. small footprint. other china brands cannot make it as a return pump.

I got some mini frags on a first collect first serve basis, ie when you come collect the sps, juz pick one of the small frags. Very small, some are brown but they are from very good colonies with excellent colours, which is why i went through the hassle to rescue them when my tank crashed. Left SPS 1...
