  2. cool!!

BTW, are you able to take out the rock now? if so, you may want to drill some holes on the side of rock, so it would be much easier to add sps frag or zoas frags.

i did it for all my rocks, and now i still feel not enough holes.

    haha

That's a good idea. But my rock can't be removed as it is epoxy as one big piece. Can only glue frags onto the rock.
  3. I like ! esp 3 sides view make ut transparent n Clean.

bro. do keep it as this. dont ichy add rock hor :D

Thanks bro, definitely no more rock... more corals only lol. Now headache is planning what coral for each view ... maybe smaller side for lps like true octo with some elegance. For long side, one will have highlights from yuma n zoas garden and the other side mainly sps like red/blue dragon as highlight

Very clean minimalist look.....I like !

    Cheers,

    James

    Thanks bro.
  4. Sad to hear the crashing. But I really like the clean and clear idea. Hope your sps recovers well!On a side note, ur house looks like the yishun new houses. Haha.

Thanks bro... can only blame my stupidity to freshwater dip my sps... my old tank is not doing well and infested with lots of algae thus did the dip to be sure lol.

My house is in sengkang haha

  5. I am looking small frags of the following corals

    1) Lumi true octo (branching type)

    2) Tri color valida

    3) Red and blue dragon acropora

    4) Purple tip yellow acropora

    5) Chaeto

    6) superman monti

    7) yuma (looking at blue, green, or pink) variety - i also have a orange variety for trading (single colony will do)

Kindly watsapp price with photo at 91141924. Many thanks for viewing

  6. Old tank not in good condition (verge of crashing) thus transfered all the live stock over to the new tank. New tank has been heavily dosed with Microbact 7 daily.

    Current Livestock

    1 pair true percula clownfish

    1 six line wrasse

    1 firefish

    2 snails

Due to lack of time to purchase coral rx, i soak all corals into DI water. Very bad mistake as SPS are all bleaching (forget sps not suitable for freshwater dip, stupid me).

Future stock list (Plans to stock them slowly from 3 weeks onwards)

    1 Yellow tank

    1 Blue tank

    1 powder tang

    1 kole tang

3 chromis valida (exchangable for other species)

    3 anthias

Do advise if there are any livestock that is recommended as i like to have multiple color.

For corals i am looking at mainly acropora spses, birdnest, zoas, yuma and some elegance/leather.

  7. Bro, not if you keen to try this method... it worked for my tank filled with corals... i fed them dr g anti parasitic caviar... it is based on proven drug test of chloroquine against ich... just have to feed religiously 3 times a day for 2 weeks... and extend 2 times a day for another 2 weeks to be sure

Some background... my clown pair was heavily infected by ich and 1 yellow tang died from it... i did freshwater dip by does not work for me... only one month into onset, i fed with dr g caviar... after 1 week spots was not visible... but i continued further to be sure... worth a try and best of all does not kill the corals (mine are basic birdnest sps, zoas and mushroom)

  8. Hi bro whq. Yes it's exactly as u thought. Red black cable connected to 12v adaptor! In total I have 5 pic fans. 2 at the cabinet. 3 on led fixture. The two fans do an amazing job at keeping the cabinet cool. Cheers

Thanks bro for sharing, thats what exactly i am planning for my cabinet...

One more queries, are all 5 fans connected in parrallel to 1 adapter? I am planning to connect 2 fan to the cabinet in parrallel but afraid 1 adapter might not be sufficient to power it.. thanks so much for your help
