  1. We are using BSI tube, Due to the amount of small frags and rocks we have. the tube used up very fast. within 1 month fished. Went to buy 1 small tube 3ml of super glue gel type. again 1 week finished. I remembered some1 posted that there is big bottle gle type glue. where can i get it or if anyone selling it will be good. if not too expensive to get BSI coz our usage very high. Thanks
  2. did a light wash last week as adviced by fellow reefers. And indeed green patches started!
  3. we have very similar concept. but the problem to pumping the food out into the corals. i am guessing its becoz of the internal pressure within the tube when its in the water
  4. The worst to get is elegance or Gonio coz they will keep closing which is not good for the corals. Anenome is still the best. Mine just went straight for it as it has long tent plus sumhow they just now.
  5. We did the same and the end of the pipe we use a "pump" those tat u pour oil or soya with. but becoz of the pressure, there is no way to pump the food out of the tude. how do you do it?
  6. the 6 line came in alittle to late. 2 colony affected. 1 basically died. the other turning brown
  7. taken on sat. seems like its good result. But the glass wall also having shades of brown.
  8. Plus is so near the toilet so can get get hose to drain water or top up the salt mix. swee
  9. I remembered someone mentioned to me that for fensgshui reason. better to place on the left of the door. From the blue print, the place that marks 2050 seems ideal. living room corner where the kitchen is
  10. just to share. there was tis time when my fishes went missing 2 x angels. pH is like dropping lowest abt 7.8 which is not ideal. reduce bioload and now water is maintaining at 8.2ish. so maybe there is a root cause to this
  11. the other not so good but cheaper way is to take water from water cooler..kekeke
  12. free also together with the anenomes giant turbo snails. they are breeding like rabbits...
  13. As stated, the 4 anenomes are very stable after the operation last week...they are now in "hosiptal" and all has fully recovered..... puplish with s spot of blue tip. Prefer to trade with corals. 90115357
  14. GO also has them....pls note they are not cheap
  15. its not harmful i think..its copepods! ur mandrine will love it...provide u have
  16. actually its doable...under these circumstances. many LR and 1 nemo. in a 3 ft tank. swee!
  17. wat does it look like? like a bug or termite? issit white or transparent looking? if its like a bug wsome with yellowish back (the eggs) its Nubi...not good..its pest and will kill ur zoas.
  18. firstly, do you have a skimmer? which i think shd be the basic. next do you have test kits? if not how can you tell the water parameter? if you wanna test your water bring maybe 100ml of your tank water to my house. i help u test. dun rush tru the process, easy to say as i understand hw u feel. but at least make sure ur water is ok. did u use MP or BB kick starter solution? if you use them the process goes sumthing like tis. Ammonia - NO2 - NO3 - spike - down to maybe 50 den u know u need to do WC. then wait for mayb 1 wk den test if the water is like 0-25. u are ready. hope this helps...btw, sames goes to FW also
  19. skimmer went so crazy today. when i came back the cup was over flowing
  20. easier way and safer to control the mix is 2 or 3 pail. mix 1 pay if too salty dilute with the other pail. but there is also instruction on mow many litre to grams of mix.
