if you are talking about the recent MAS ruling on car loans, it is a good move to curb excessive financial stress on a car, it is a luxury item and not a need. I am an amateur and started to set up my tank from about 2+ weeks ago. I made sure to measure the salinity of the water every twice a day. When i added in my clownfish and damselfish, they kept swimming up to the surface of the water and died about 1-3 days later. Could this be due to the pump being not strong enough, and thus resulting in them not having enough oxygen?
