  2. Hi reefers, I am selling off a clown tang which has been with me for 12 months. It has grown from 5 cm to now 10-12cm. My 3ft tank is too small for her and hence need a new home. Feeding on mysis, seaweed, pellets. It is agressive and dominated my tank (yellow tang is the next aggressor). Asking for 2 x 1.5L F&N Ginger Ale. Collection will be at my place in Jurong West Ave 1 (640441). Interested pls pm me and I can WA you the picture or video. Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk

  11. Thanks for the reply. Yes, clearly the skimmer option is far more effective. If I have the space to do another skimmer, definitely can consider. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  12. Thanks for the sharing. Very interesting. One quick question, does running an air stone in the sump increase DO? If the additional skimmer option works, I think the air stone option works too. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

If yes, which coral food? 3) do you dose any supplements? 4) how often you do water change? 5) what is your lighting routine? 6) how do you handle no3 and po4 export if any? 7) any others... 20. Just leave the eggs there and let them hatch lor. I just ignore some other snail eggs in my tank and now I have an army of small snails now. They all come out to graze the algae at night. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  21. Yes. I have them too. I think are the narrisius snail eggs. I just scrapped them off the tank wall. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  22. 24 by 7 means 24hrs by 7 days. In short, it never shuts down. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  23. Mine is a 322. Yes, i think chiller will make Corals and fishes happier in SG weather, maintain at 27.0 from 5am to 7pm. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  24. My own experience does not mean will work for everyone. But sharing is no harm. I used tap water since day 1 for my soft and LPS tank. Also dosed anti chlorine and use a cheap wave maker to mix the salt mix. This is done usually one day before the water change day. So far so good for the last 8 months. Just minor algae growth which I think is because of the daily feeding routine which comprises 4 cubes of mysis and pellets. Only nutrient export option used is a 24 by 7 hr Chaeto based refugium. Also have a strong team of about 50 snails which every night graze the algae. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
