  10. Thanks for the sharing. Very interesting. One quick question, does running an air stone in the sump increase DO? If the additional skimmer option works, I think the air stone option works too. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

  18. Just leave the eggs there and let them hatch lor. I just ignore some other snail eggs in my tank and now I have an army of small snails now. They all come out to graze the algae at night. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  19. Yes. I have them too. I think are the narrisius snail eggs. I just scrapped them off the tank wall. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

  21. Mine is a 322. Yes, i think chiller will make Corals and fishes happier in SG weather, maintain at 27.0 from 5am to 7pm. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  22. My own experience does not mean will work for everyone. But sharing is no harm. I used tap water since day 1 for my soft and LPS tank. Also dosed anti chlorine and use a cheap wave maker to mix the salt mix. This is done usually one day before the water change day. So far so good for the last 8 months. Just minor algae growth which I think is because of the daily feeding routine which comprises 4 cubes of mysis and pellets. Only nutrient export option used is a 24 by 7 hr Chaeto based refugium. Also have a strong team of about 50 snails which every night graze the algae. Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app
  23. Are the reef roids, trace colours and reef energy taken? Sent from Singapore Reef Club mobile app

  25. BJD is a sickening headache... Infecting my hammers one by one. Tried seachem reef dip plus freshwater dip also no use. Read online about the hydrogen peroxide treatment for whole tank and few had success to kill off the pathogens.... Dare not try... Thats why asking if someone here had tried it...
