  1. Thanks bro. I'll go check with ah Heng. But I can't imagine ATI to be at all cheap. And tubes are ex too.
  2. Oh my... your images makes my eyes green. I'm a lazy reefer too. but I do water changes and syphon sand bed every week. only thing i check for is salinity. I've been using Razor 300w for my 4X2X2. the only colours I can see is greens and browns. The polyps of my Tenius don't even open. they have been in my tank for more than a month. Seems to me that the LED brands don't matter since different people vouch for different brands.
  3. Would really like to know the outcome of your vinegar dosing. I'm having a mix reef tank and have been adding sps. Didn't want to go with cheato as it consumes calcium and takes up space in sump tank.
  4. It could be my nitrates spiking cos I'm over feeding the sun coral.
  5. Hi bro, that's good news, but even if there is no meat at all in the "socket" ? Where will the "baby come from. As I've experienced that this happens in different types of soft corals like torch or even gonios, revealing skeleton. And soon algae will encrust on it, and it seems like game over. So in all these cases, flesh can grow with good water parameters?
  6. Sorry I'm pulling out an old thread. my sun coral has 2 heads that has melted away. The rest are still doing ok. Still feeds. I'm wondering if there is a possibility that they can grow back. Was told that growing is faster since they don't need to grow skeletons...

  8. Just wondering if china brand like Hailea can do the job. Some friends swear by artica.
  9. A project of this magnitude is definitely worth the anticipation!!! All the best
  10. Thank you reaper for starting this thread, I'm keen on upgrading my 1 ft nano to a larger tank like yours. Beginning to realise the complexities.
