For STN, I've try using coral RX and they recovered. For RTN, I shifted the location to increase light and flow, they seems to recovered too. No sure if it's really RTN. I see if another photos.

If your place had major renovation after 2003, then can considered period 8. Major meaning like changing roof, fully repainting of office, flooring, new furniture, new look etc. In Lilian too book, did mention something like changing over period to re- energize the environment.
