My list of supplement. 1. Biogro123 (bacteria) 25 ml once a week 2. Zeovit cv 5 drop everyday 3. Fm color element 10ml once a week 4. Fm reef vitality 1 capsule per week 5. Last but not least, wc 20 litres per week ( skimz salt )
