My experience with TK1000 on 350L tank is it takes around 45-55min to chill one degree. Factors that can affect the time : 1. How much light and heat being introduced in tank. 2. Ventilation of chiller. 3. Flow through the chiller. Try increasing flow and see how. I switched to Compressor and my cooling time reduced to 17min. Best decision I made.
