  1. Ok considering that LFS selling at 84. Then say you bought stuff from them and hit the minimum spending and they gave free delivery plus got discount 10% . It Brings down to 75.6

I am letting go at 75 plus I also agreed on meet up if fair for both parties upon an agreed location plus no minimum spending required and I only brought in 3 bottles. One I use them the other 2 I let go at 75 without having the buyers oblige to a minimum spending and at a lower price so they can benefit. I don’t see what’s wrong. I also don’t profit much considering that it had to be checked in and flown over plus I don’t get special discount from MOQ from supplier. It could have cost more than the 75 that I am offering but still I try to keep it reasonable.

So what do you suggest the price to be?

  3. Hi Guys

I have 2 bottles of 16 oz Vibrant to let go at 75 SGD each. Brand new brought in from US on 29th December 2019.

I brought in 3 and used one for myself so I'm left with a balance of two bottles with the intent to sell to our reefer. I just started using it myself.

Anyone interested can WhatsApp me at 92387545. Collection will be at my place at 730202 marsiling drive.

Profits will be used to expand the hobby.

  4. So here's the deal. My AI prime decided to flake out on me and shows a solid Red on the AI prime logo. I have tried turning it off overnight and turning it back on in the morning but the main light will just blink and not come on and repeats itself showing the solid RED led on the logo.

I tried taking it apart and removed the WiFi module and the lights will come on. As soon as I turn it off and put back in the WiFi module the issue repeats itself. This led me to believe that the WiFi card may have failed somehow.

Any tips or help is appreciated. Thank you guys for any feedback in advance

  5. oh no... that sounds terrible! were there any casualties becos of that? I bought the coral dip solution and I'll ensure that I disinfect all corals bought from others before introducing into my tank.

Fortunately none, snails were still alive. Im pretty sure i did overdose on hydrogen peroxide but not by miles too many. Its a good practice to dip the corals before putting them into your main tank. I learned the hard way of getting rid of nudibranches that came with the zoa colony that i bought. I had to introduce yellow wrasse to get rid of them. In any case, i think nano tank are fun and a good learning curve of saltwater tank husbandry as water changes is much easier to do in case of any undesirable outcome.

  6. Home made saltwater with tapwater is still alot better than the seawater collected from the beach. I once accidentally poured in some from a fish i caught from fishing trip and few weeks later i had dinoflagellates which wasnt there before. I may have high nutrients in my tank but probably accidental introduction of sea water from our local shores made the dino feel at home. Took about a week of blackout and hydrogen peroxide to get red of it.

  7. Yeah, note to OP: don’t try keeping them with fishes unless you don’t mind them being lunch or stressing your cuttlefish m/octopus out until it dies of stress haha. Most species hide in the sand, but some completely bury themselves only exposing their eyes. Others just pretend to be rocks, coral, or seaweed

They can be such a good Hunter and have impressive camouflaging capability I almost couldn't make it out when it's hiding in the sand.
