  1. Hi reefers, I am an undergraduate at NUS looking for hobbyists willing to be interviewed for a research project! The research focuses mostly on the rumours in the reefkeeping community. I’d like to hear more about your personal experiences in the hobby, and some of the insights you have gained in your time as a hobbyist. Regardless of your background as a reefer, I am sure everyone has something valuable to share! If you are willing, or just not sure yet and curious to find out more, you can pm me here or drop me an email at yangsiongsim@gmail.com, and I can tell you more about it.
  2. Looking for some advice on my dying anemone. Got an RBTA from local fish shop over a year ago, and it hasnt been doing well since. It started at about 7cm across, and over the year it has split once and both halves of the anemone have shrunk to a tiny size, barely 1cm each. My water parameters are good and stable, and my LPS corals do just fine in the tank, so I thought it might not be a water issue. Have tried spot feeding, lighting changes etc, and I can’t figure out why it’s not doing well. The only residents in the tank are a clownfish and a green chromis, with some usual hermits and snail cuc. Any kind suggestions / ideas / advice? Could it just be that my tank is too small and unsuitable for an anemone? (20 gallon tank) Thanks!
