seems like they only have the small pico bought the seltz L25... quiet but at time if stop flow by turning tap off will cause some noise ... no major issue... heat should be ok but don't think especially cool hydor pump should be quieter than the noisy sicce Idra

Hi, anyone using this range of pump? especially the 1200 & 600 Can I know how's the heat dissipation and noise level? is it less hot compare to eheim or aquabee (of similar rating) and is as quiet as eheim? need to replace my eheim compact 1000 & 600 ... wattage too high compare to hydor.....23w & 11W vs 7W & 4.5W

I was using urchin actually but they both similar design bubble quantity low and size is big. the so-called spray technology actually shoot water to the base of the skimmer then hope for the best ... imagine how good can the bubble quantity and size be if the water jet have to go through 2 x 90 degree bent before shooting downwards for more than 40cm then comes the bubble. only have Teh-light after weeks I change from the recommended maxijet 1200 to a 2400l/hr pump still not very effective.

Dont get remora!!!! It sucks big time! I'm a victim save up a bit more for deltec or tunze ... you won't regret getting remora is like buying a piece of junk i'm using a deltec mc500 but not sure of deltec 300 performance. Visit reef depot and check out deltec 300 in action and see if you like the bubble quantity.
