haha!.. i know what you meean .. quite scary to actually drill a hole into a jewel tank and take the risk cuz didnt know it wud work or not... but it works quite well, plus turned out it makes the circulation for the tank is quite well distributed from just the return pump alone. KTLK .. nope.. no hood.. open concept. you just add 2.5ft lights on top.

david, thanks for the interest. at the moment, its been reserved by a reefer but still havnt finalised collection. will post again if that arrangement doesnt work out.
