Hi, I don't think the light can fit on your 40cm tank, the brackets could not extend to that length. Item 2 would be just nice for you, but I guess you not looking at it since you do not need blue light...

Hi, The LED is something that I diyed and stick at the side of the fixture. You need an adapter that supply 5V to power the LED. Yes, the fixture takes one 24W tube. Brand is Illummax. Thanks.
