  1. You sure have a serious trouble with nutrients!
  2. IMO, I do not see the need to run another tank with DSB inside. Reason is that with your good deal of rocks, I do not foresee you having to worry about overload of nutrients. A simple 10% water change should do the trick nicely (: anyway I am impressed and truly thrilled that you are using a seio M820 as a return. Truly ingenius and I believe it will work out real well kudos to your creativity! And scrap iceprobe if you are thinking of setting up a 2ft tank. Water volume is too big to do an substantial temperature change (: Just my 2 cents worth
  3. alamak! Like that a bit bo bian. Wait for tonight after I get home. I will try to upload it into my Macintosh and put it here. I am sure alot of others are also waiting to get a view of it
  4. I agree with the guys' thoughts. You should never take such a risk after putting so much effort into it. and You should not take water dynamics lightly. A simple tank with a small amount of water may seem light but in actual fact could be over 5kg in weight! And adding to water motions which results in sway pressure brought about by currents and flow rates, your eurobrace will soon be compromised. Just my 2 cents worth. (:
  5. PM me your number. I will send a couple of MMS to you through my handphone. I lost my USB cable for my camera you see

  9. Yup! that's the one oh, hm take it as a lesson and make it a point for yourself that you will not rush into something in this hobby without laying out your course of actions beforehand. Good luck (:
  10. they are not dead. it's in their nature to hide among crevices. try putting meaty food around their "hideouts". You will see them popping out again. And please cover your top. They are quite prone to suicides (:
  11. oh wells dude, you just got to get his monster skimmer and I am sure you can offer such quality of water to our fellow Singaporeans! heh Anyway, about test kits, I will say that test kits offer a range of readings about your water parameters. It does not specifically highlight what is the main problem going on in your tank. What I will advise you to do is look through and reflect on the actions you have taken thus far for your tank. Sometimes our most eager and innocent action can be a fault line (:
