Any one know what's this? Is it harmful to fishes or corals?

Ok, thks. Sometimes it is able to change the shape of its

body (pancake shape) & sticked to LR for hrs. I thot it's some sort of leech.

Looks like a cowrie to me. If so. It's not reef-safe. more pictures will be helpful.

Iskay might be right, now that he says it, the extensions from the shell does makes it look more like a cowrie

They may dine on soft corals, anemones, sponges, etc...

I'm not sure what you meant by your comment. Hope you've positively IDed the creature. I'm quite positive it is a cowrie because of the orange coloured feelers. I had one in my tank before.

So is cowrie not good for reef?

It's a hit-or-miss. Some eat corals.
