4ft Tank setup questions

I think must be comparable to TECO 680 blah. Best is 1/2 HP, although 1/4 can but will run longer hours depend on your heat disperse on your water.

-Lightings : Pharos LED light 90W with wireless controller
-Chiller : Arctica 1/10HP with H2Ocean Flow Pump 2000

-Wavemaker : Vortech MP10ES
-Skimmer : Bubble Magus NAC 3.5

-Return Pump : Eheim Compact 3000
-Reactor – TLF150 (Mod) with NP Biopellet
-Reactor – TLF150 with Rowaphos

Looking at the data, for Artica brand, 1/5-1/4 is the recommended size. I have this intention to pump the last stage of water from my sump into the chiller, return to the same section and pump back to the main tank. Will this method be more effective in terms of water chilling faster and of cos saving on electrical bills?
