Hi, saw this silver fish in one of the marine tank (U.S.) in youtube video called " Lookdown". just want to know anyone have this fish in their tank and where can i get one of these fishes in singapore. post-21607-0-14842400-1356541061.png

My guess is Chermin fish or "Yan Jing Yu" or diamond travelly.

I used to fish them around Changi waters, can grow really darn big to 1-2m long and 80cm in height.

Very very good fighter with their body shape which cuts water easily.

Seriously, I think they need a huge tank, preferrably those in RWS and underwater world...

and when they die, their body will produce some sort of smelly slime...

Let me know if you want them. These are Selene vomer. Captive bred specimens are available. Not cheap though, one specimen will cost few hundreds. The bigger the more expensive.

Always something more important than fish.
