SRC Member christan1959 Posted November 25, 2013 SRC Member Share Posted November 25, 2013 Hi anyone knows how to silence the overflow? And my tank glass fogs up now and.then... how to solve besides raising temperature (which is not an option)?
SRC Member Quas111 Posted November 25, 2013 SRC Member Share Posted November 25, 2013 If your overflow is making noise it means that air is being sucked into it along with the water, or your water is cascading and not flowing down it. For condensation, I know that the pproblem would be too thin glass but im not sure how to fix it. Maybe you couls try one of those new hydrophobic silicon products in the market to prevemt condensation?
kpn
Hi guys, for fogging issue, I've tried glass cleaner bought from auto shop and it helps when my tank water is set at 24 degrees.
