Type of filter media in Ios

Hi guys, as above, Wat do u suggest putting in Ios?

As a start, I believe, first should be wool,second will be bio home. Third? Ammonia and nitrate removal?

I have an ios with the following --->

1st chamber course filter pad, net of activated carbon, fine filter wool. Followed by bacteria king as bio media

2nd, skimmer and a pump to my external chiller, outlet is T off to my hang on board rowaphos reactor

3rd return pump

course filter > fine wool > activated carbon > biohome

My ios only have my life reef skimmer & a small bag of carbon for first compartment and 2nd compartment return pump to chiller back to tank. Thats all.....whatever the skimmer did not pick up, I will syphon it out during forthnightly water change.

Thought active carbon not good. will leek once full. Looking at something that can just dump in and dun bother anymore. haha
