Hi. I am recently got another 2nd hand maxspec 120w to complement my existing set. I realized that the stand is of different height. I thought that the stand height should be he same. Anyone can comment?

The longer end might be inserted into the LED module. If swapping doesn't work, then it really is a shorter stand. 

the end inserted into the light set is much much longer than the vertical part showing so I am pretty sure it is not because the ends were swapped.
