SRC Member FaLong Posted October 21, 2015 Author SRC Member Share Posted October 21, 2015 Thank you all for the quick replies. Affortunately I removed the clam form my tank before leaving to work, so at least things didn't get worse... *sic* This has been quite a surprise for me.. the previous day was looking fine! Yes,Its dead . It looks like it have been eaten from bottom by crab or hitchhikers . Pick it up and have a sniff, its always my best indictor. If it smell rotten ; its a confirmation. Why do you think it was eaten? I do not have any crab in my tank or inveterate, besides a bristle star.... It would be a surprise for me knowing that i have and unknown inhabitant! Use a touch and check your tank in mid of the night. You be suprised at whats in your tank all these while. Question here is whether have you bleached your LR before going into your DT. If yes, you can explore other possibility
