Im not sure if the salinity is accurate..since using a hydrometer..but i hv done a 10% water change..how frequent do you advise a water change ?

I would do only a once weekly change if I were in your situation.. I wouldn't do too frequent changes as that could stress the corals out more.

Your gonio may die, but the rest should be fine. My nitrates are also in the 40 range. So far all corals ok except my already half dead gonio. I've been doing weekly changes, using seachem denitrate and also less feeding to bring it down.
