NYOS® PhytoMaxx is a highly concentrated phytoplankton solution from the field of professional aquaculture. PhytoMaxx contains fresh, live Nannochloropsis algae at a size of 2-5 µm. It is produced under almost completely sterile conditions and purified with special centrifuges.

NYOS® PhytoMaxx is a highly concentrated phytoplankton product derived from professional aquaculture. It contains fresh, live Nannochloropsis algae at a size of 2-5 µm.

PhytoMaxx is produced in cooperation with a highly specialised biotechnology laboratory according to our specifications under permanent quality assurance and control. The process uses a highly modern photo-bioreactor technology, adapted to the corresponding algae. The live algae are harvested gently and cleaned effectively by means of special centrifuges, and then prepared in sterile seawater. Standards such as these are usually applied only in the field of professional aquaculture. The result is an extremely clean, live microalgae biomass that displays no bacterial impurities whatever. PhytoMaxx is free from artificial colouring, preservatives and antioxidants. It is highly concentrated and contains 500 million fresh, live algae cells per ml. Because of its sterile production conditions, PhytoMaxx is almost odourless and can be stored, chilled, for up to 6 months.

In the aquarium, PhytoMaxx is the ideal live fodder for Tridacna clams, sponges, filtering organisms or soft corals, for example. Hi all, in order to provide our local reefing community with quality products Fresh, we are taking preorders for this great product from Nyos PhytoMaxx. There is a minimum order requirement of 12 bottles in order to bring this quality live zooplankton in fresh for reefers who needs it. Closing date for preorders is Tuesday 13/9/16 2pm and shipment is expected to arrival in 4-6 week's time.

Each bottle is retailing at $26, please state your interest. A deposit of $6 per bottle is required upon fulfilment of the min. order qty.

Dear Reefers who have participated in this pre-order. It's unfortunate to announce that, due to regulatory reasons, the phytomaxx will required longer than usual for clearance at the authority.

As this product is live, with the prolong exposure to our local warm climate, it wouldn't be fair to supply sub quality products to our precious reef tank. Our supplier and us have decided to forgo this lot of phytomaxx.
