Sad to hear that, but just one point to share about anemone, never let them have any slightest change to crawl to the tank wall, rock must be away with enough clearance.

Anemone rarely drift with current unless they are not healthy.

End of week 6 ( getting more and more ambitions)
brought 4 new tangs (Bristle Tang/Clown Tang/Yellow Tang/Kole Tang) and started Quarantine them in my QT since last week.
And went to further add in 2 more anemones to the tank. The tank currently has 6 anemones ( 2 Green bubble tip Anemones / 2 Long Tenticle Anemones and 2 Purple tip anemones)
And one more thing.. Got a hugh sail fin Tang from a fellow reefer yesterday.
End up decide to place the sailfin Tang straight into the DT after accrimating. Since all the other 4 tangs are doing well and eating in the QT for one week. Decided to transfer them to the DT together with the Sailfin Tang so that they can mix together.

I don think your qt is able to manage the bioload of the fish you put in. And also u only qt for 1 week. It is not long enough for it to be effective.

Min would be 3 weeks. Avg would be 4 week. Best would be 6 weeks.
