Need help to id this worm

I didn't have them when I started quarantine, only appeared after dosing cupramine, which means they came from inside the fishes?

There's a small piece of rock from main tank, but unlikely from it, cos I cupramine treated main tank some time back, never saw any worms then after, so don't think it's from that rock...can they be from internal of fish? I am running QT for mandarin and Midas blenny

my guess is it is more likely to come from the live rock than the fish. 

although you cupramine treated the rock before doesn't mean you got all the worms. 

in any case bristle worm is not a bad thing for the tank.
