Temporary power shut down

Recommended Posts

There will be a temporary power shut down at my block for some rewiring works. The notice says 9am to 5pm.

What should I do to prepare for this? I don't have UPS and won't be at home when this happens.

My contains some fishes, LPS and softies and a few RBTA.

2 critical factors, temp n oxygen lvl. For that few hours, current may not be the highest priority. However, if money not a concern, can get ups to back equipment, otherwise ac/dc air pump will do the job. Price can varies quite a a lot... From 50 plus to 100 plus.

What happens for mine is that the contractor provide me with a temporary power where they route an extension power cable to my home so that my tank continue to run during this power maintenance. You may wanna contact the power contractor.
